Anthony Robbins Foundation - UPW-Youth Leadership Application

Congratulations on making the decision to take charge of your destiny! The Anthony Robbins Foundation team is committed to supporting you in getting the most from this program, and the following information will help us tailor our program to your specific needs, desires and goals. For consideration, all information must be completed in its entirety.

*Application deadlines are 30 days prior to event.

Requirements for acceptance to UPW-Youth Leadership:

- 12–17 years of age
- Fax a copy of birth certificate to (858) 653-5286
- Good academic standing
- Letter of recommendation from guidance counselor or if home schooled, a community leader faxed to (858) 653-5286.
- Completed 20 hours of community service in the past year.

-Phone interview (to be completed once all documents received)

-Materials Fee $200*
- Each student will be responsible for accommodations and transportation to and from UPW-Youth Leadership.
*The Materials Fee associated with this event directly covers the cost of materials being used in conjunction with UPW-Youth Leadership.
